This is a staple at the Gavalas house. We try to have these left over all the time since it can be used as a very healthy cornerstone to pretty much any meal. It makes a good amount so you can store it in the fridge and heat them up anytime.
8 Ingredients
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Ground
1/2 tbsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Pepper
2 tbsp Madras Curry Powder
4 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Ginger
2 cup Black Lentils
4 cup Water

Saute with 1/4 cup of water
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Ground
1/2 tbsp Salt

Add Lentils and water and mix
2 cup Black Lentils
4 cup Water

Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes (turn off the "Keep Warm" setting)

After the "beep", let it depressurize for 15 minutes
